At Senfume, we are committed to providing exceptional products and services. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds unless there is an issue at our end. Instead, we provide store credit for the order amount, which can be used for future purchases. The store credit will be sent via email and can be applied at checkout.
Changes to Orders
We understand that preferences may change, so we allow changes to orders (e.g., fragrance selection, quantity adjustments) if requested within 2 days of placing the order. After this period, changes may not be possible but feel free to contact us for assistance.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, please send a cancellation request via email. Orders can be canceled within 48 hours (2 days) of the order placement. Orders canceled after 48 hours will incur a 3% cancellation fee of the total paid amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 14-18 working days.
Orders canceled for reasons such as a change of mind or no longer wanting the order will receive a store credit instead of a refund.
Returns
As we sell perfumes and fragrance-related products, we are unable to accept returns due to the personal nature of these items. However, if you receive a defective product (e.g., broken bottle, leaking fragrance), please contact us at support@senfume.com within 2 days of receiving your order. We will gladly assist you with a replacement or store credit.
Please review the product descriptions and scent profiles carefully before making a purchase, as we cannot accept returns or exchanges on perfumes unless there is a genuine issue with the product.
Damages and Issues
If your order arrives with a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your package. Claims made after this time frame will not be accepted. We are happy to offer assistance with damaged or incorrect items.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Items purchased on sale
- Shipping charges
- Service charges (e.g., expedited shipping)
- Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons)
